Assistant Lead

ASSISTANT LEAD (BASED IN BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to lead the design, implementation, and management of the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the deployment and management of infrastructure resources.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of an outage or failure.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist to lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure management, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the company receives optimal service and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology infrastructure meets business needs.
• Monitor and report on infrastructure performance metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure projects and ongoing operation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of success in leading infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking components, as well as cloud-based solutions such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
