Assistant Lead
ASSISTANT LEAD (BASED IN BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to lead the design, implementation, and management of the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the deployment and management of infrastructure resources.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of an outage or failure.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist to lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure management, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the company receives optimal service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology infrastructure meets business needs.
- Monitor and report on infrastructure performance metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure projects and ongoing operation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of success in leading infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking components, as well as cloud-based solutions such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Professional certifications, such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus.

- Ability to work well under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
