As a IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and user satisfaction of digital platforms, applications, and tools within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass technical support, system maintenance, user training, and cybersecurity awareness. Here’s an overview of what this role entails:

Job Description

  1. Provide first-line technical support to end-users on digital platforms, applications, and tools
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to digital systems.
  3. Assist in the setup and configuration of digital devices, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
  4. Conduct training sessions for employees to facilitate the adoption and understanding of digital tools
  5. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentations to assist users in navigating digital platforms.
  6. assist in the implementation and integration of digital solutions, collaborating with IT and Software development teams.
  7. Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
  8. Encourage user engagement and adoption of digital solutions across the organization.
  9. Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and user satisfaction.
  10. Promote adherence to cybersecurity best practices within the organization.
  11. Assist in implementing security measures to safeguard digital systems and data.
  12. Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations

Job Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in infrastructure management or related fields.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  3. Proven experience in providing technical support and training on digital systems.
  4. Familiarity with a wide range of digital tools and applications.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  8. Knowledge of data management and security principles is a plus.
  9. Certification in relevant technologies or platforms is advantageous.
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
