As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with business stakeholders to transform their needs into innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Your responsibilities span from gathering requirements to designing, developing, and maintaining applications and automation processes. Here’s an overview of what this role entails:

Job Description

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to address business requirements and opportunities.
  2. Develop, configure, and customize Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals to meet business needs. Implement business logic, data integrations, and user interfaces to deliver high-quality applications.
  3. Utilize Power Automate to automate business processes, workflows, and approvals, reducing manual efforts and increasing operational efficiency.
  4. Design and develop interactive and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to present data-driven insights to business users.
  5. Integrate Power Platform applications with external systems and data sources, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and third-party APIs.
  6. Ensure that the Power Platform solutions are developed with security best practices and adhere to organizational governance policies and data privacy regulations.
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, architecture, and development guidelines, for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  8. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Power Platform applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on user feedback

Job Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
  2. Strong understanding of Power Platform components and their capabilities.
  3. Proficiency in Power Apps formula language (PowerFx), Power Automate flows, and Power BI data modeling.
  4. Familiarity with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 integration is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  6. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  7. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  10. A team player with a can-do attitude, capable of working proactively and independently.
  11. Ability to work well under pressure and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  12. Demonstrates strong personal ethics and a sense of purpose.
  13. Willingness to learn and explore new trends and technology.
