Overall Responsibility
This job involves conducting pre-sales and post-sales activities, including training, demos, and evaluations. The role provides technical expertise to support business activities and assists in documentation related to clinical diagnostic products. Additionally, the position involves handling troubleshooting calls from customers.
Job Description
- Responsible to conduct pre & post sales activities – Training/Demo & Evaluation.
- Supports business activities by their technical expertise.
- Assists in documentation conducting on clinical diagnostic products.
- Handle troubleshooting calls encountered by customers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor in Biomedical Science/Medical Laboratory Technology
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Minimum of 6 months of working experience in application support field or clinical laboratory is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical mind and troubleshooting skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel; allowance is given accordingly.
