Job Description

Protege Junior Executive Talent Management (12 Months Contract)

Basic Salary: RM2,000.00/per month

Job Description:

  • Recruitment & onboarding process of Protégé Trainees
  • Coordinate skill development training programs
  • Submit HRDF claims
  • Check employee benefits claims
  • Maintain HR ISO documentation & GDPMD Audit Compliance reports
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in HR related documentation & filing
  • Update employee database on HRIS
  • Perform any other related duties as required

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Social Science, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or minimum 1 years of work experience covering a full spectrum of Human Resource
  • Knowledge and understanding of Government Statutory Regulations and Employment Act
  • Experience with HRIS system is an added advantage
  • Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, both in writing and speaking
  • Energetic, professional, driven, confident, independent
  • Passionate about personal growth
  • Good in multi-tasking and provide support to employees from all levels
  • Willing to work independently and possess a sense of responsibility and urgency
  • An enthusiastic and versatile player
  • Minimum Degree holder in a related discipline with 1 year hands on experience.
