Job Description
Protege Junior Executive Talent Management (12 Months Contract)
Basic Salary: RM2,000.00/per month
Job Description:
- Recruitment & onboarding process of Protégé Trainees
- Coordinate skill development training programs
- Submit HRDF claims
- Check employee benefits claims
- Maintain HR ISO documentation & GDPMD Audit Compliance reports
- Perform data entry
- Assist in HR related documentation & filing
- Update employee database on HRIS
- Perform any other related duties as required
Job Requirement:
- Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Social Science, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or minimum 1 years of work experience covering a full spectrum of Human Resource
- Knowledge and understanding of Government Statutory Regulations and Employment Act
- Experience with HRIS system is an added advantage
- Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, both in writing and speaking
- Energetic, professional, driven, confident, independent
- Passionate about personal growth
- Good in multi-tasking and provide support to employees from all levels
- Willing to work independently and possess a sense of responsibility and urgency
- An enthusiastic and versatile player
- Minimum Degree holder in a related discipline with 1 year hands on experience.
