Product Consultant - Clinical

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all sale activities from lead generation through closed in an assigned territory to meet the target and achieve sales goal;

  • Responsible for the sale of assigned products and area of coverage;

  • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities according to directives given by Business Manager to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales;

  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by emails, post, telephone and personal visitations;

  • Sell consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various products our Company can offers to their business issues;

  • Carry out market research, monitor competitors activities and customer surveys;

  • Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed;

  • Maintains accurate record of all sales and prospecting activities including sale calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activities within assigned areas of coverage;

  • Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees;

  • Responsible for maintaining good customer relations and building trust & support given to all customers;

  • Maintain professional internal and external relationship that meet company core values.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Biomedical Science, Life Science, Bio-technology, Microbiology, Biology Science, Medical Lab Technologist, Health care related studies with Medical &Clinical background Technologist, Health care related studies with Medical &Clinical background.

  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

  • Sales and marketing experience, knowledge of products, especially in the clinical or hospitals working experiences with medical instruments and tracking sales & marketing records will be an added advantage.

  • Analytical and innovative mindset, pleasant personality, independent, proactive and strong human relations skill.

  • Able to write and speak English & Bahasa Melayu; ability to speak other languages and dialects will be an added advantage.

  • Good communication, negotiation, presentation, planning & problem solving skills.

  • Computer literate especially Microsoft Office.

  • Willing to travel outstation territories and allowances will be given accordingly.

  • Training will be provided.
