Technical Service Engineer


  • To provide after sales service which include installation, commissioning and maintenance of all Diagnostic / Medical instrumentation;
  • Working with Sales and Application Support team in gathering customer’s requirements to provide technical consultation and support for the prospects;
  • Support Sales and Application Support team for the activities like demonstration, training, evaluation and installation etc;
  • Troubleshooting, inspection and calibration check on the system;
  • Provide training to customers on basic maintenance of the equipment;
  • Promote service contract;
  • Provide promptly feedback on problem status to the Manager;
  • Prepare service report to the Manager;
  • To forecast and inform Manager of all fast moving parts;
  • Maintain an up to date customer relationship and excellent working relationship with all keys customers;   
  • Raise Purchase Requisition to customer service for ordering of parts & accessories;      
  • To ensure downtime & customer's complaint at the minimum;      
  • To do Quotations upon request by the customers;      
  • To liaise with Principal for warranty claims as well as major breakdown;      
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be required from the Superior from time to time.


  • Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent;
  • Min 1 year of working experience in related field;
  • Experience or basic technical skill in Diagnostic / Clinical / Medical instrumentation will be an added advantage;
  • Fast learner with keen interest to learn new products and new technologies;
  • Responsible, independent and good team player;
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide; Transport allowance is given accordingly;
  • Computer literate especially Microsoft Office.
