Overall Responsibility
This role involves providing multifaceted support for digital initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in digital marketing campaigns, content management, software testing, and documentation creation. The position also includes offering technical assistance to resolve digital-related issues, conducting research for improvement recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, it involves compiling and analyzing data for reporting on project performance and managing administrative tasks related to digital projects.

Job Description

  1. Digital Support: Assist in digital marketing campaigns, software development projects, and infrastructure-related tasks as needed.
  2. Content and Data Management: Help organize and maintain digital assets, content, and data across different platforms and systems.
  3. Software Testing: Participate in software testing and quality assurance processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
  4. Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation related to digital projects, including software specifications and user guides.
  5. Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to team members and end-users, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving digital-related problems.
  6. Research: Conduct research on digital tools, technologies, and best practices to stay updated and recommend improvements.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and IT professionals, to support various digital initiatives.
  8. Reporting: Assist in compiling and analyzing data to generate reports on digital project performance and outcomes.
  9. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to digital projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, and budget tracking.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent coursework.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of digital marketing, software development, or infrastructure concepts is a plus.
  3. Analytical mindset to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
  4. Familiarity with digital tools and software is advantageous.
  5. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
