PROTEGE – Junior Application Specialist

PROTEGE TRAINEE – 1 YEAR CONTRACT (BASED IN BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA)

BASIC SALARY: RM2,000/ MONTH

Responsibilities

• Responsible to conduct pre & post sales activities – Training/Demo & Evaluation
• Supports business activities by their technical expertise.
• Assists in documentation conducting on clinical diagnostic products.
• Handle troubleshooting calls encountered by customers.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in Biomedical Science/Medical Laboratory Technology/Microbiology
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Minimum of 6 months of working experience in application support field or microbiology laboratory is required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong analytical mind and troubleshooting skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel; allowance is given accordingly.
