Additional Information

The NucleoCounter® NC-3000™ is an advanced image cytometer that offers up to 4 different fluorescent channels to image and study your cells. The instrument performs high-speed analytical assays of mammalian, yeast, avian and insect cells, including a unique 5-minute cell cycle assay, several apoptosis assays, and the standard cell count and viability assay.

With the FlexiCyte™ license, users can create customized protocols with options for light source, emission filters, and other detailed settings. The NucleoView™ software, which comes with unlimited licenses, is ideal for intuitive data analysis. Users can explore their data in flow cytometry style dot plots and are able to see the corresponding images in real time.

This image cytometer ensures highly reproducible flow-like analysis, requires low sample volume and does not require calibration. When used with the disposable Via1-Cassette™, it creates a closed cell counting system that helps keep users protected when handling samples. The NucleoCounter® NC-3000™ is a safe and reliable option, requiring no pipettes, no exposure to toxic reagents, and minimal clean-up.

Please note that the FlexiCyte™ protocols are also compatible with the NC-Slides A2TM for a higher throughput. The NC-slides A8TM can be used for protocols not requiring the FlexiCyte™ license.
